The Bottle Cap Necklace Design Challenge has come to an end!
We're so excited about all the great entries from our talented customers! It was great to watch the "likes" add up and fun to read all the comments on Facebook. Thank you to all who took the time to enter!We were able to send out heart tins with bottle caps to each contestant, however there could only be three grand prize winners. They're listed below! We want to start giving you some recognition and someinspiration to keep creating! So we've come up with a
series of design challenges. A collection of the pictures
entered will be posted on Facebook and voted on by you all.
And then of course there will be prizes!!
Get all the fun details below and then start creating!
CHALLENGE #1:
CREATE A ONE-OF-A-KIND BOTTLE CAP NECKLACE
Challenge Rules:
- Use of a bottle cap or caps from BottleCapCo.com including 1 or more of any item listed below or any combination of the items listed below:
a. Standard Bottle Caps
b. Flattened Bottle Caps
c. Distressed Caps
d. Vintage Bottle Caps
e. Petal Caps
f. Mini Caps
g. Jumbo Cap - The bottle cap can be altered in any way you would like or used as is. Any other supplies added to the project are up to you. (ie. charms, beads, type of necklace, etc.)
- In order to be eligible for contest prizes a picture of your finished necklace must be emailed to us at: [email protected] by February 13, 2012.
- Each picture we receive will be posted on Facebook on Valentine's Day (Feb 14, 2012) and the voting will begin.
- Vote by "liking" your favorite necklace(s). Voting will be open February 14- February 21, 2012)
- The top 3 "liked" necklaces will receive prizes!
- The design challenge winners will be announced Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
- Be creative, have fun!
The first 40 people to email finished necklace pictures will receive a free heart tin with 20 bottle caps inside!

THE FINER PRINT:
*Bottle Cap Co. respects your right to privacy and will not share any personal information regarding the winners of the contest.
Contest winners will be identified as follows: First Name, State.
The winners will be notified by Bottle Cap Co. through the email address in which the photo was submitted.
*Contestants may enter more than once however there will be only oneprize awarded per person. Photos will not be labeled with the entrant's name. In the event that the same individual receives a top number of "likes" for more than one necklace photo the photo with the next highest "likes" will be awarded the prize.
*Photos entered in the contest can be used by Bottle Cap Co. for future customer inspiration, blog material and/or marketing.
